The online gallery can be accessed through a “Shared Album” within 48 hours of the conclusion of the event date. The gallery will include all raw footage captured for the day, along with edited ready-to-post reel/tiktok videos.

The online gallery will be accessible for some time from the share date. All contents will be permanently removed from then, so please remember to save all your memories before then!

Setting up your device

iPhone: Turn on “Shared Album” feature on your device.

Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Photos, then turn on Shared Albums.

Android or desktop devices:

A private link will be sent through your email.

How to access the Online Gallery

iPhone: When you’re invited to join a shared album, a notification appears on your iPhone screen.

Tap the notification > “Accept” or Photos app > “For You” > “Shared Album Activity” > “Accept”.

Android or desktop devices:

A private link will be sent through your email.

How to save the content captured

iPhone: Please save all contents within 60 days from the date the album is shared with you.

Inside album, “Select” > “Select All” > Save Items.

Andoird or desktop devices: Please save all contents within 10 days from the date the album is shared with you.
